Website Terms
These terms concern the public Lumilogix marketing website, operated by Lumilogix in Québec, Canada. They explain permitted use of the site and the limits of its informational content. They are not a WMS or TMS licence, subscription, service-level agreement or data-processing agreement.
1. Website information and product status
The site helps business visitors understand our products and request a conversation or demonstration. Product status labels, including early access, beta, partial and planned, are part of the description. Sample screens, figures and data are illustrative and do not represent customer results or guaranteed outcomes.
Roadmaps and planned capabilities may change. Confirm the current availability, suitability and scope of any feature before relying on it for a purchase. We aim to correct material errors brought to our attention. Nothing here permits misleading representations or removes rights arising under applicable law.
2. No purchase or subscription through this site
Browsing, submitting an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not purchase a service, create an account, reserve capacity or commit either party to a subscription. No payment is collected through the site. Prices, deliverables, implementation dates, support, warranties, service levels, security requirements, data handling and termination rights must be agreed separately with the customer.
Any applicable customer agreement governs the purchased services. These website terms do not amend that agreement. A demonstration or pilot also requires agreement on its scope and on any data to be used; do not assume that sending operational data creates an approved pilot.
3. Permitted use
You may view the site, share links and keep reasonable copies for internal evaluation, with relevant ownership notices intact. Statutory rights, including applicable copyright exceptions, remain available.
Do not use the site to impersonate another person, submit information you have no right to disclose, send spam or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions or deliberately disrupt the site. Automated access must not overload the service or circumvent protections. We may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive access or protect the service.
4. Ownership and third-party names
Lumilogix and its licensors retain their respective rights in the website’s original text, design, code and branding. Except for permitted use or rights provided by law, these terms do not authorize republication, redistribution or commercial reuse of that material, or grant a licence to WMS or TMS software.
Third-party products and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning an integration or product does not itself imply endorsement, sponsorship or a partnership. Actual integration availability remains subject to the product descriptions and a customer’s agreed scope.
5. Enquiries and information you send
The contact forms open a draft in your own email application. You must send it yourself; pressing the website button alone does not deliver an enquiry to Lumilogix. Delivery depends on the email services involved. If the application does not open, email support@lumilogix.co directly.
Send accurate contact details and only information needed for your request. Do not send credentials, payment information, identity documents or warehouse/customer records through an initial enquiry. Arrange a suitable process with us before sharing confidential operational material. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy; these terms do not give us ownership of your messages or a general right to publish them.
6. External links and services
Links to other websites are provided for relevant information. Third-party websites, browsers and email services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. Review the information relevant to a service before using it.
7. Availability and responsibility
We seek to keep this informational site useful, accurate and available, but may correct, change, suspend or discontinue website content. Errors and interruptions can occur. Except for obligations imposed by law or expressly agreed separately, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that the website information alone establishes fitness for your particular operation. These statements concern the marketing site, not the warranties or service levels of a purchased product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for bodily or moral injury or material injury caused by intentional or gross fault. Mandatory consumer and other statutory protections remain intact. No term requires you to waive a right to a court, a regulator or a remedy available under applicable law.
8. Applicable law, language and disputes
Québec law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that may apply elsewhere. You may contact us to try to resolve a concern informally; doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right.
These terms are available in French and English. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning, and neither version purports to waive a right concerning the French language. Please report any discrepancy so we can correct it. Language requirements for a separate customer agreement will be addressed in that agreement.
9. Revisions and contact
We will date revisions on this page and identify material changes. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or acceptance required by law; publication alone does not retroactively change accrued rights or a separate customer agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
